Arrival in Tbilisi. Transfer from the airport to the hotel. Dinner in traditional
Georgian restaurant. Overnight at the hotel.

Tbilisi – Sighnaghi – Gurjaani – Kvareli
After breakfast take a drive for 1,5 hrs to enjoy the afternoon in the nice, small town
– Sighnaghi. On the way visit Bodbe nunnery and get to know the legend about St.
Nino who came in Georgia with the cross made out of vine branches to spread
Christianity. Later enjoy the beautiful view from the city on Alazani Valley, famous
for its kind climate, perfect for grape growing. Have a delicious lunch at the family
run restaurant with local food and taste “Kvevri” wine, made in old Georgian
technology. Continue the tour to the city Gurjaani to visit the family of wine makers.
Participate in Georgian bread baking and
“Churchkhela” (sweets made out of grape juice and flour) making. Drive to the
hotel for the dinner and overnight.

Kvareli –Napareuli - Alaverdi –Telavi
Start the morning with a visit to wine cellar in Napareuli, taste “Chacha” – strong
beverage made out of grape skin, stem and seeds. Continue the tour to Aleverdi
Cathedral of the 11th century to explore the clay vessels buried in the courtyard of
the complex. Continue the way to Telavi to enjoy the lunch and wine of the local
production. Have an excursion in vineyards. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Telavi.

Telavi – Tsinandali – Tbilisi
After the breakfast depart to Tbilisi. On the way visit the house museum of Georgian
poet of the 19th century Alexander Chavchavadze, who was the first in Georgia to
use European technology of producing wines out of Georgian endemic grapes.
Take a tour in rich enotheca and taste some wines from the “Tsinandali” winery.
Drive to Tbilisi to have lunch, and tour at brandy factory.
Finish the tour in Georgian bath houses, to enjoy the relaxing massage and stay in
the pool full of natural hot sulfur water. Farewell dinner at Georgian restaurant.
